WHEN WE STARTED
Safe-Way Electric Motor Co. has been in business since 1900 when our founder, a recent immigrant from Europe, established David Korn & Sons. We evolved over the years to meet the changing needs our customers, first selling hay and grain, then coal and coke, later oil burners and stokers, and today we are a leading resource for AC and DC electric motors, transformers, drives, inverters, and other electrical apparatus that help keep American industry working.
